Service Description
Each appointment is scheduled two weeks apart, allowing your pup to gradually adjust to the grooming process in a stress-free and positive environment. What to expect: ✔️ Visit 1 – Introduction & Familiarization Your puppy will meet their groomer, explore the salon, and get comfortable with the new sights, sounds, and smells. We’ll also discuss your grooming goals, provide homework, and answer any questions. ✔️ Visit 2 – Bathing & Nail Care Your pup will experience their first bath, gentle blow-dry, nail trim, and brush-out while bonding with their grooming provider. ✔️ Visit 3 – Grooming Basics Building on previous visits, this session introduces light scissor work and a trim around the feet, face, and sanitary areas to prepare them for full grooming. ✔️ Visit 4 – First Full Groom This final session includes all the services from previous visits, plus a full-body trim tailored to your puppy’s coat type and comfort level. 💰 Payment for the full package is due at the first visit. The final visit may have an additional charge of $5-$25 depending on your puppy’s size. Our team will coordinate scheduling at your initial visit.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling ◾ High-demand days (Saturdays and select Fridays) require a booking interval of 6 weeks or less between grooming services. Pricing Policy The listed price for each service reflects the minimum charge for that service. Please note that additional charges may apply based on the following factors: ◾ Length of the appointment required to complete the service ◾ Time between regular scheduled grooming appointments ◾ Your pet's breed, size, and weight differs from what is scheduled ◾ Use of specialty products or additional services requested during the appointment Final costs will be determined at the time of service to ensure that your pet's individual needs are met with the highest level of care. Card on File You will be required to keep a card on file when booking. Your card will NOT be charged when booking services unless specified for a service. This card will be charged a disclosed fee in the event that you do not meet our cancellation policy guidelines. Cancellation Policy & Late Fees We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. However, to respect our staff's time and scheduling, we ask for your cooperation with the following policies: ◾ Appointment changes: Please reschedule using our booking platform or cancel at least 48 hours in advance by replying to our confirmation text or calling the spa. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a fee of 75% of the booked service cost. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. ◾ Late pick-up fees: A fee of $1 per minute applies after the scheduled pick-up or service completion time, capped at $25 (25 minutes). After 25 minutes, daycare or overnight fees will be applied. ◾ After closing delays: We allow a maximum delay of 10 minutes after closing at the provider's discretion, charged at $5 per minute. Beyond 10 minutes, the overnight fee of $55 per night applies, and pick-up will be the next business day. ◾ Overnight cancellations: Adjust or cancel overnight stays at least 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay cost.
